Sole Sistaz | Beginners Runner Club

Sole Sistaz is back and we will begin Saturday mornings (Mar 17th) 9-10 a.m. for 7 productive sessions.
We will run right up until the weekend of the Mississauga Marathon which is an event I will encourage my fellow runners, beginners and all to set a goal for. We will train on both track and trails.

Nutritional Consultation

This program will not only provide guided workouts that will trigger your body’s abilities to burn fat, increase muscle tone and improve mental health, by a Certified Personal Trainer, you will also be educated with nutritional advise and follow up messages to ensure you can rightfully apply the knowledge you gained.

Group Fitness and Nutrition

This camp will entail 4-full body, fat burning, muscle toning workouts for all levels of fitness participants.
The focus will be on working all large and major muscle groups with a main focus on core (tummy), along with upper body. The HEART will also be a primary focus to ensure that we strengthen the most important muscle in our body.
Each day we will learn about different aspects in assisting healthy weight loss, increase energy and boosting your immune system.
